Level 1 to Level 2 (Golden Rainbow)

Hi,
My country on Golden Rainbow has exceeded all the scores to achieve Level 2. I have done so for about 6 weeks or so but I still show as Level 1. How do I go about moving to Level 2?

On your main country screen, the words "Level 1" are clickable. If you click on it, it'll tell you which items you need to progress to level 2. Currently, it seems your defensive force index isn't the required 75 yet. All your scores are averaged between your countries, btw. Clicking on "My Empire"->"Defensive Overview" will show you your defensive force indices for all your countries, so you can choose where to raise it to get it to average to 75.

Thanks for this. I did not realise it was an average. My main country is well over 75 but my other two are lower. Time to emply more troops I guess!

You can also ask them to judge your empire as peaceful, and then you don't have to spend a dime on new military supplies.
