Add a Max button to weapons transfer.

When transferring weapons between member of your empire, it would be convenient to have a max button. On mobile it's a tedious job.

Also when an investment fund sell shares, the default number is higher than what an investment fund is allowed to sell at once, so you always have to imput the number manually. It's frustrating.

Exemple : I click sell shares... the default number in the input is 340,000,000 but im not allowed to sell more than 192,000,000... so everytime i have to correct the input. sounds like an easy fix.

I have also had the default number of shares offered problem recently.

The default was higher than allowed for me. I had to drop the number by a little.

Yes the problem is only for investment funds however. The max we can sell is 12% but it is set to 15%, so everytime we have to manually correct the issue if you own over 12% in a corporation.
