Replace the Public Voting with a General Assembly

The Gms should replace the public voting with a General Assembly. Have the same rules of voting, but instead of it be a public poll, allow it to be a Congress for Little Upsilon. All premium members are all automatically apart of the general assembly. Or set it up as an option for players to be apart of. When setting up the Vote or legislation it should not only have your name, but your country, Fed, common Market, and Region you reside. There should also be a mass PM sent out like the security council. please give feedback.

It sounds like this should be added and integrated into the Security Council Hez. As a rogue and crooked member of it there should definitely be more functions like the ones you're suggesting.

Thank you all for your input. I will not bring this to the public voting. I am trying to get world government integrated into the game, so we don't have to use an outside website.
