Autofill Max All Buttons

For transfer between countries, 1 button with Transfer All , to fill all max values in all fields

On sell order forms, a button Sell All to autofill max quantity available to sell

On deactivate weapons page, Autofill Max all button

Also a button contract all production to enterprise (on country corps) , or to contract all production from enterprise corps to a country - atm only country to country and enterprise to enterprise are possible

there are so many QOL improvements that can be made to reduce the clicking, im sure alot of people get discouraged by the amount of clicking you have to do in this game

as a general idea, the target should be that input from keyboard is minimal, if it can be done in 3 mouse clicks compared to typing 500 numbers ...
