Corp Cash Limit Increase

Request to raise the limit on cash that can be manually injected into corps to 360B. This is already the limit for Wind Farms, but all other corporations are limited to 120B, giving a fair number of corps trouble operating without needing to take out loans given some of the wide swings in their cash levels through their normal operation.

This isn’t a problem. There are more important things to focus on.
