National Cemeteries

I would very much like to see a national cemetery in each country. It could be a place where fallen leaders could be entombed for all time, and that foreign dignitaries could visit to pay their respects.

But in order for them to not become overcrowded, perhaps the leader should have attained a certain level, or time period of rule, in order to qualify.
