No 42 Day No build in Player Controlled Countries for Full Member players with Enterprises (White Giant)

Just thought it was a little unfair to not be able to build in player controlled countries for 42 days after creating an Enterprise. Any thoughts? I thought that full members should at least have the ability to build in all countries if not all members full or not.

Mabey at least a 15 day wait but not 42.

build or move into your own country
Don't have to worry about changing tax rates or jacked up salaries and you can make clinics and back to work
do these people all go into worker or is it divided poprtionally

This "artificial" waiting period, as 'Gamemaster' says, "there is no need".

CEOs who have a new enterprise as a "full" leader (paid membership) definitely should be allowed to build --where they want, when they want and what they want--.

This has been discussed before, and needs to be "fixed" immediately. Previously, there was never any "waiting period".
