Poll Idea 09: Improve Corporation Bidding Process (White Giant)

Improvement 01: Provide a search screen for potential companies to search for. Search criteria would include:

0) A drop-down list of product types.
1) Low and High market value range (defaults to 0 and max).
2) Low and High debt range (defaults to 0 and max)
3) Low and High Tax rate in country (defaults to 0 and max).
4) Computer or human controlled, or don't care (defaults to don't care).
5) Player owner name (defaults to don't care).
6) Low and High hiring % range (defaults to 0 and max).
7) Low and High quality range (defaults to 100 and max)
8) Low and High effectivity range (defaults to 100 and max)
9) Low and High last month's profit range (defaults to min and max values).
10) Low and High last year's profit range (defaults to min and max values).

Debt can become confusing when you talk about it in positive numbers. The total of cash available plus the debt would be more useful IMO.

11) For human controlled owners, the ability to filter based on whether the person has logged in in the last day, week, or month.

Nice suggestions, but are of little importance if you look at the 0% tax countries list and communicate with players.

When you are in the 42 day window where you can't build in another player's country, I would beg to disagree.

The 0% countries list is nice, but it's not built into the game, it's a manually maintained list that may or may not be accurate or up-to-date.

Talking with players takes time, and if I'm trying to build my corporation quickly, the tools I suggest would enable me to do so with a minimal amount of my time.

I started as a president so I never experienced that wait. You are still allowed to purchase state corporations, or transfer them to player countries right?

Also I don't see how these search functions would help you, if your looking for a 0% tax C3. Then your out of luck because they don't exist (you may find one, but it will reset and the tax rate will be 30%).
