Add new button for Country Orders

Andy, could you please add a button in the Trade Overview page that will enable us to "cancel all country orders"? It will be very easy I imagine and it will save people (and the server) thousands of clicks. Anyone who's ever raided a c3 knows what I'm talking about.

Makes sense.
I will check if this can be done quickly.
