GM Pop Sales

I'm requesting the GM to put more population up for sale? Currently there's only ever 6 0r 8 million pop offered at 1 time. Well for the last 3 days I've been looking to add pop to my countries. Only to see that someone else has bid on all the avaliable people.

you do you know that it is a BID right and if you want it bad enough you can out bid them

bidding for population is bad for the stability of one's country.
