KB: Need FMU assistance (Kebir Blue)

Perhaps I'm not understanding something. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong. And if someone could please explain what I need to correct I will be grateful.

I can not make any money with Factory Maint. Unit corps in Kebir Blue. None. FMUs are deep in the red, and have been for a long time. To me that means the price should be going up and I should be making nice profits.

But none of my corps are profitable, they're not even close. The base price isn't rising. What inventory I'm making isn't selling well for some reason. I'm only selling for 30 over quality, which works for almost everything else, so what gives?

Try lowering from 30 to like 15 or even 10. I tried selling for 30 over quality and could not get rid of my inventory. Doing much better at 10 over quality.

It's hard to make profit with FMU because the raw material cost has become enormous.

There's not much you can do... I have a few FMU corporations there; they make a little with maximum quality upgrades (225).
