Corporations keeps closing

does anyone knows why my corps are keeping closing, even they have a lot of cash and they are profitable.

Profitable corporations do not close unless they have no workers (usually they do not make any profit). and no raw materials.

The corporation pages show, in red, any problem the corporation might have. (this is before closure).

also on the newspaper, you can see the reason for closure.
You can see the last 24 newspapers.

I built 7 corporations and now 3 of them are closed, and those 3 have a market value over 200 B with P/E ratio lower than 50, why does the corporations close, even they have enough workers and they are profitable?

Please read the country newspaper.
It shows a message every time a corporation closes and gives the reason.

they never close without reason.

Make sure you have 100% employment in all corporations before you build another one.
You may not have enough workers.

also make shire they do not have a shortage of raw materials.
