Military Bases and Constructs (White Giant)

How do you build more aiports, military bases, and fortifications in your country?

You need to order military bases, fortifications and military airports. You can't order regular airports. I think if you have air transport and or cargo airplanes, the airports are available without buying them. Some one correct me if I'm wrong on the regular airports.

Build an air transport corp in your country, that way you automatically get an airport too. The more air transport corps, the more regular airports.....
