Formula for beating wendy.

1. Ignore her.

2. NDB with adequate missiles.

3. DMB and AAMB in decent numbers in cities, forts, cap and corps(if necessary.)

4. A few bomber wings for precision killing to maximize her expenses while keeping her pretty head cut off.

5. A marginal air defense network.

She really is not very good or determined against a marginal defense and a semi-active player.

If you really want to have fun setup your D so that it costs her about 500B-1Trillion per attack. Need a big war slave for that.
