Arfan, after you get the 5T, I recommend joining a good federation, perhaps Insane Asylum or WGC, to learn from. You will have your economy up and running if you listen to their advice. Serpent has already stretched out a hand/scale/tentacle?? Lol Take a peak at his countries and you'll see a good model to build off of. I recommend taking him up on the offer he put out there. Message him at Anaconda.

The WGC is loaded with vets more than willing to help you out. Jo (Hanky Panky Hippy Land) or Dale (Phaeton) would be a good place to start.

5T is not much...I'd take the opportunity to make the most of it.

Thanks for all the replies, I don't think I will be getting the 5T aid. I would love to join a federation, but I don't see how I can help any of the big ones. But yet again, thank you for all the people that supported me on both the forum and in-game.

If the security council, players or whomever could come up with something that everyone could agree on, than when a person has been determined to meet the criteria perhaps on the forum, then perhaps we'd have more luck getting money distributed. Glad you like the idea, Synicus.

Wow, somehow I got my economy to stabalize, and now have 1.2T cash. So I don't think i'll be needing that 5T development afterall. Thanks for the offer EC but I prefer not to take money of individual players. I think due to all these protests on the forum, the next person will be lucky enough to get more votes, and possibly the aid

EC just another question, as I am trying to recover my economy and probably won't go to war (if I choose to) for months, should I tag myself peaceful? And does level 2 increase the production of my corps? If I tag peaceful I will have to raise my social security by about 10, and if I include defense, I will have to increase my defence by 7 (expensive). Any advice?

I'm not a good candidate to ask questions about being "peaceful". Maybe someone else can jump in on this one???

The best advice I can give is to join a fed. Peaceful or not, I think its the way to go. Hook up with Serpent and The Insane Asylum, or maybe the WGC. Both of those feds have forums that you can learn a ton from.

EC, Alot of voters don't read the forum much, they take a look at the country and see that not only is nothing wrong with the country, It's better off than alot of the voters countries. There might even be a portion of voters who don't know of the security councils surplus. Even still, it only takes a lil forsight to see the potentual disasters that could follow, all of wich would likely have no affect on Rich countries currently in federations aside from supply and demand for low level corps.

In my opinion, the peaceful levels are pretty good until about Level 4. Keep in mind that peaceful/war levels ONLY change the game level calculations, nothing else (plus you can alternate between them as much as you like). If you're using war levels to level up and don't plan on fighting anytime soon, use Missile Interceptor Batteries to increase your defensive index the greatest amount at the cheapest price. You can always sell them off later from the Products in Stock page.

Right now, whichever option you think is cheapest is generally the way to go.

Arfan, game level 2 gives gc for the first time you get it(50 for full members only) and allows you to build level 2 corporations. It does not increase production. Welfare index and salary of the individual corporation increase production.

Welfare index depends on a lot of the other indexes. Right now, it is kept down by your Social Security. Social Security is cheap to raise compared to the rest and it can be kept lower by reducing your unemployed workers. You do not need defense if you get peaceful. You can keep up with the increased social security costs by upgrading your state corporation quality by buying AQP. That is a potential 5-6 b at least though you have to wait a while for it to get there.

I also haven't paid for a membership yet. Will I get the rewards for leveling up after I pay? Anyone know this?

I'm sure the large military players could easily absorb any defense deficit you were to create in the larger federations.

Wow, almost got 2 trillion hard to belive that I was bankrupt just last week. But I am still waiting for the beginners income bonus to stop, that's when the challenge really starts. And wow this thread got about 45 replies :D

Good for you, Arfan. 10b loss(counting beginners income bonus as loss) per month is manageable. So long as you upgrade the quality of your old corps not just your new ones.

You might want to make sure your welfare index keep increasing as that will ensure more production and therefore more income.
