they don't really have a leader. there chair person is much like the queen of England. actually if anyone there really has any power per say i guess it would really be the judicial branch, wouldn't it Wolfe? and to be in charge I would have to be in NATO. Im in the I.R.P.

you could probably file a formal request for an inquiry at the NATO Judiciary office, which I dont think has actually been created yet. lol but you may be able to get through by contacting stritch. he is in charge of the courts right now I believe.
