The HYDRA Federation is officially asking for a negotiated settlement from Emperor Ludwig. We believe this war over raid targets is pointless and, at this point, entirely useless. The only thing this can lead to is extermination of either party off of the planet. Not only would this be a long process for each side, but for our part it is and never was our intention to do so.
We recognize that part of this conflict has started because of a perceived lack of respect, but you have fought and proved your point.
I offer the following:
- An end to all hostilities as they lie right now
- Borders as they are currently (You keep what you won, we keep what we won)
- A non aggression pact for three IRL months, though the time period can be extended indefinitely. No war decs, no sneak attacks.
- A rule set for raids in the future so no one steps on any toes. I am open to any suggestions, but I feel like a simple messag
