I currently have two corps producing Conv missiles one outputting at about Q290, the other at Q308, as the quality of the 290's supplies raises it will approch 308 as well.
The only way to get higher would be to use upgrades, not cost effective for sale.
An Enterprize by the name of Cooperative Enterprises has broken my two super corps of Cruse Missiles so the qaulity is dropping I had it upgraded to 250 / 250, it has already deteriated to 234/234, because he bought up more than 23.9% of the Stock. Which will eventually backrupt both of them. So I will no longer be selling Cruise missiles.

The Loaf has been causing problems to us as well Dboyd, apparently its not intentional, random share orders, not really sure... sorry to hear about that.

He has also did the same with the Ship based missiles, those are now no longer for sale.

The same person has damaged alot of my corps the same way, I will have to pull all weapons from the market to prepare for possible war. I have emailed him to determine his intent
