100,000 at a minimum to be safe. It also depends on what kind of country you intend to use these weapons with. A secured country doesn't need much at all, only enough to take as many computer countries as you want. Aside from that a secured nation cannot be attacked so you won't need many there 50,000 will do. But if you mean for a war slave I would go with 100,000 at a minimum.
