I agree with Wolfker on this. January is much too far away. If a meeting should happen, let it come sooner rather than later if at all possible. The IRP is planning on possibly host a shorter notice economic summit this week, tenuously set for Thursday night at a yet to be announced time and welcomes any attendees from any federation.

I dunno, January seems like a good target to ensure as many players as possible can participate.

I can attend this Saturday meeting if it is help in the morning hours...But if help in the afternoon,or evening hours I will have to miss it.A countryboy has got to make a living.
