The International Court will finish restructuring. However, as with any other governmental body, for the court to function, a legislative board will need to be established. The Board or Council should consist of global powers, small and large. However, the most debate should occur on discord for more accessible communication. I urge the international community and the international court to bring a satisfactory resolution to Mike C's declaration of war against my countries.

Mike C has declared up to me because:
