As you'll notice, Lee, there are no sermons on this thread. Mostly just anger and hate from one UDL member from multiple accounts drawing reactions from others. Not very "honorable."

I've been seeing so many post on this thread, Simple UDL Announces of its medal of Honor program, An Award is given to a well deserved Player, who recieved the Award and Thanked me for the Award Presented, the Award is posted on the medal of Award forum by a UDL Representatives, A WGA member Antagonizes the Award, Calls it a propaganda, Set aside to divide our World, and get back at our enemies (How), members of the UDL federation replies and Suddenly they are Bad and Majorly Alts...

I never Can tell when this fire will quench, but I know and believe if we mind each other's business, and Respect each others Views, Innovations, then we can achieve Sustainable Peace on our World.. I sincerely believe if this Program was anchored by the WGA, I don't think any UDL member will Disrespect it. I stand to be Corrected.

I can get behind wanting a civil thread as you said. I joined because of words your fedmates said. Perhaps you can encourage members on your side to act... civil? Show the world that the UDL has some leadership and cohesion? It might entice others to treat you... civily? Is that a word?

As I said before, I don't have a problem with your award. However, blindly awarding someone in another fed that you currently have tensions with WITHOUT notifying anyone in that fed you were doing it... is weird, and raises questions. Perhaps if you want to work with WGA, TELL THEM you have an award system in the works beforehand. You didn't work with the WGA, you worked by yourself and hoped everyone would be happy about it.

For the better part of a year Union has led the largest democratic organization the game has seen with nearly 40 members in and out, never losing an election until stepping down. Dealing with various problems, international crisis and peace negotiations. All in good faith all the while teaching new players and trying to establish wider interest in the game.
