Pancakes-Dix0n tensions

The Pancakes Empire has announced that the empire will being pressing sanctions if military in "Blueberry Syrup" increases to a threatening level. WDU and GPP will also follow this sanctions (according to mrbob). The sanction will create a blockade that will cause economic failure. So Dix0n if u do keep the country keep it, dont build a big military otherwise sanctions will be pressed. Also in addition to the sanctions i will start producing nuclear weapons if sancations proceed. As i am i full member now and im allowed to use nukes.

These are the restrictions:

The country of "Blueberry Syrup" must follow these rules or sanctions will be pressed. If followed sanctions will be lifted.

The following below are the rules u must follow:

1) You must NOT have nukes (dismantled or active)

2) You must NOT threaten anyone for anything (unless its not ur fault)

3) You must NOT declare war on a country in the Pegersus region (not even a c3)

4) You must NOT have military corps in your country

These are the rules. If not followed u shall expect heavy sanctions that will cause economic failure and mine as well say bye bye to the #1 country in WG. If followed i will lift sanctions.

I'm not really seeing why building an army in a country far separated from the rest of his Empire is threatening... it sounds more a defensive tactic to me(Save the supposed nuclear build-up). specially considering the extremely recent takeover of the territory... But Alleluyaleum is far removed from this conflict and I'm new to the world and a returning player so I'm not up-to-date on the political situation which makes me completely neutral... but does someone mind telling me whats exactly the situation here... lol
