Call for boycott of The Democratic Union of Scots (White Giant)

An obnoxious noob is placing hostile bids on corporations. I have politely tried to educate him that this is not good neighborly behavior. His response:

As such, I am entering a boycott request against his country, The Democratic Union of Scots, as a gentle reminder as to why he should care what other players do. Feel free to participate. Or not.

I to have been calling for the boycott of Roswell another disrespectful noob.

The response from WG has been very little. Maybe because of the holidays not sure or as I just watched a tumbleweed go by. Maybe WG isnt as populated with presidents as we think.

Times have changed but the lack of respect from these noobs is out of control (all worlds).

Ashame we have to go to all the trouble of starting a boycott just to try to get to them somehow.

Atleast in the old days (before secure mode) we could just attack them and then learned respect real quick.

Sigh the good old days.

I have never participated in a boycott, till now.

I was a little confused by the proces and thought others might be also. So I'll post what I did and if it's wrong hopefully I'll be corrected, and if it's right it will help someone else to complete the process.

Click on "Trade" at the top of your main page in your leader country.
Go to the bottom of the list and hold your pointer over the word "boycotts". Another menu appears. Move your pointer ond click on "new boycott requests.
Type in most of the country name then click on the magnifying glass to verify you have the correct country. In the dialog box that appeares click on the country name you wish to boycott, that name will appear in the "Official Boycott Request".
Click on "Submit Request" and your done.

Hopefully the countries in question will change their behavior and we can go through the process of an anti-b

I, Dragoon, had him ask for forgiveness and told him to let his actions speak for themselves after he appologizes. I that you may have a superiority complex and feel that putting down a noob is fun, but I ask of you this:

Give him a week, if he doesnt make any improvements at all, declare war and the two of you shall duke it out and see who comes out superior.

Refrain from calling him out publicly until he fires first.

I realise my name may or may not have any meaning to you since it has been awhile since I have been around, also that we inhabit different worlds. Quite frankly I don't care because my demands aren't much.

Anyways I don't know how much it is worth to anyone,but I deactivated my offensive,and defensive weapons.And have a new player under my wing,I did apologive for my rude behavior.....I wished I could take it back but life don't work that way.
I am just lookin forward to becoming a peaceful,and properous nation.

Having an active offense won't offend anyone. At least not anyone I am aware of. I've been using my offense a lot lately and haven't received any complaints.

"A boycott ends after 60 game months. When the boycott is over, the country will have a boycott free period of 24 game months."

There is a built in process. Any boycott ends by itself. If you do not send people offensive messages no one will have a reason to start a boycott.
