Money is not given to countries with too much cash. If you have too much cash then you don't need aid. Too much is too much. If you don't have enough, that is where we come in.
2 trillion is a low number. It really doesn't last long. I think the security council should be able to give out tens of trillions. The money is there and there are plenty of people making lots of money to replenish the pot.
id like to see an advanced search feature for the council members to be able to find the countries available to recieve the cash, like when building corps or moving corps. I like giving out SC money myself.
Its not about learning economics Craig, I am requesting aid in my slave because it needs it. You can observe my main if you want to see how learned I am... But that shouldn't be of concern at all, can we get the aid or not?
