@CL108: as you should; if a country request it, then put up the vote. One thing I hate is that even if you get it to pass, you still can fail on passing it when the public votes. Its the communities right to vote their way and it ends there. I think you did right by sending a vote out. I sent one out for this player too and it failed. so good luck on your request most have failed FYI. I am glad not to have that duty anymore. lol

I need aid @ country United Federalists, on White Giant. The country is fair right now, but there are some corps I need to close, and rebuild others, and once that newbie money stops, I'll be at a loss.

Should I close a Nuclear Base corp. I have? It loses money, but wow, I'll not be able to build it again for a long while before my game level advances?

I would appreciate an aid for each of my two countries that are constanly deep in negative net cash for more than 1.5 game-year, and also some advise on how to govern my empire better. I'm trying to build new corporations, increase employment and adjust education priorities to that, reduce goverment and military spendings.
My countries are Roma (original one) and The Kingdom of Rakav (enslaved non-player country).

Once you get the education index to 200, or even 250, then you'll train skilled workers fast. Your countries have way too many corps. One corp per 1.5 million population is a good goal. Your corps will be more profitable once the welfare index is high. A useful target for the WI is 120-130.

The Security Council appears to be taking a long, long nap.

Have just taken a look at Roma and the country has over 34T in assets which wouldnt be considered poor. In addition i can see the majority of your corps are hiring at less than 5% and you only pay 110 you should increase salaries and employment to 100% in your corps and your country will become more profitable. Also a competitive tax structure and high welfare will attract private investment

just noticed your cash is 1.6T negative. I will try put foward a proposal but other members may vote agaisnt it due to your assets. So no promises it will pass but i will still try!!

I'm voting no on the proposal to give economic aid to Roma as she is in surplus and although she has negative cash (1.6T) she has no loans and a lot of other assets including 30T in ammunition

If they ever get around to implementing a competitive private loan system, things may indeed improve for the flow of cash to needy nations. :p

Although I have surplus and good assets negative chash is detering me from developing my country. I'm doing my best but I can't use my assets while I have negative cash.
