Well, the government system of the new federation will be a compromise between democracy and dictatorship.

The chairman will be elected every 10 years, OR whenever a majority vote calls for a new election. The chairman will be the economic leader. Xbox will be the first chairman. His job will be to propose bills for the people to vote on.

I will be the Marshal, the military leader. The federation's military will be a dictatorship. I will be personally responsible for all issues in defense and war. Unlike the chairman, the Marshal is not an elected official. I will always be the Marshal until I resign. The Marshal cannot vote.
