Yes, I am a dictator. Does that mean that every single evil scheme that is devised automatically originates from me? I am not like most dictators. I am not corrupt, nor greedy, nor power hungry. I think it is plain to see here that I do what I think is best for my own people.

I will also add that as the dictator of my federation, I am removing diplomatic isolationism from our agenda. This means that I will actually consider treaties that are put on the table. However, I will subject all treaty proposals to my own scrutiny, so proceed with caution. I am approachable via my leader country in-game.
