Spar its all good. you and I are good, and Marshall too, and im not really even all that mad per say at Xbox. I just dont think he is right for leadership. he has proven that to me time and again. however i told him if he will sit under you or Marshall or someone else and prove he can submit to someone other then himself then maybe he will earn the respect back. but until then my opinion is what it is.
