Zocorro is now at 0% tax and I have the ability to buy population with gold coins (I got 150 bonus coins for paying $36 for 270 days).

Zocorro's unemployment dropped to 21.8% thanks to Universal Serpent (INC), Stark Enterprises, Nathan Samuels Inc, Star Fox Inc, and Ohio Financial. All the new corporations brought my tax+corporate income beyond my expenses for the first time (so my beginners' bonus is no longer fully needed). I have capacity for a few more corporations if someone wants a 0% tax country. My social security payments are still a major cost.
