Fire Sale - Green Empire (White Giant)

Too many countries, too little time to strip. Some of my countries are on the cash market for a bit less than the strip value if I did my math right.

I took secrecy off. Financial is way out of wack due to sky high gen gov costs with 19 countries.

Two down, make a bid I might take it.
