Defensive Force Index

This is a measure of quality and size of the defensive forces. It should be at a level of 200 or higher for the country to be defended at a reasonable level. If the enemy is a large, strong country, a level of 300 to 800 might be needed. The defence should include many helicopters, interceptors and ammunition for both. To reduce the damage by enemy attacks, the defence should have thousands of missile interceptor batteries and ammunition. Defensive missiles will damage attacking weapons and are needed to deter attacks.
