Migration Index

The migration index is used to decide on the number of migrants who will enter the country or leave the country in the current game month. The higher the migration index, the larger the number of people who will migrate into the country. When the migration index is low, migration could go the other way and many will leave the country. The migration index depends on the welfare, employment and salary levels in the country.
