The Little Upsilon Legislature

The LU World government Legislature is a tri-cameral institution. It consists of the Committee of Joint Chiefs of staff of Federations of Regions. The LU Security Council, and the Committee of Common Market Founders. There are 85 regions on Little Upsilon. There would be a federation who represents each region. There will be 1 federation representing multiple regions. This makes for politics. Here is how legislation would work. If someone in a region wants to start a war of aggression as opposed to a war of empire building, that nation in that region would have to go to the federation chairman of the region, and he would have a vote in the fed. If passed the chairman would bring it to the Joint chiefs for a proposal, and the Majority leader would bring that proposal to the floor for debate, and a vote. If passed it would be approved by the Secretary of State and Secretary General, and then that nation could have a war of aggression with the full support of

Please Little Upsilon citizens give feedback. I am going to block King Hezekiah's attempt to shut down this government. We worked to hard to build this social network. It is functioning and many newly established nations are reading the forums, and are inboxing me like crazy. It has already begun. There are 14 members who have offically joined the government. The executive administration is fully staffed, and the legislative Branch is coming together. Please Help me stop King Hezekiah.

If you are tired of managing this government resign, and allow another be the Secretary General, and manage the government. I can not believe you 2 are plotting against me. I brought both of you into the game and the government. I showed you how to play and use the government. I am not trying to shut the government down. I am just trying to get people to say yeah or nay if they want this government.

To answer your question, Orbiter. If we all who love the game agree to go through these procedures, and deal with this government, then it is not asking permission. It is following procedure, which builds politics. The whole reason I joined the government is for the interaction, and international politics. A structure of international politics this is organized, and civil, not this law of the jungle we have now in LU. It is every man for themselves really. The feds mean nothing, or the common markets, or the security council means nothing right now. But through this government, all of them have meaning. SO, to Hezekiah, like I said. You set this government up true. But you are not going to shut it down. If you want to settle this on the battle field we can, but prefer to do this democratically.

King Hez, I have been very loyal to you. I have done my job as the Secretary of LU Security, and done it very well I may add. I am sure it is in the Constitution, but if it is not, you being our representative in the Decambra must bring up this CJCS Legislation.

I will do it, but we are not fully operational on the Legislative side. out of the 85 regions we have 13 Expansionist seats, and 9 Isolationists seats. We have 14 regions with no representation, and I have continents yet to do. I have not started setting up the committee of Common Market founders yet. The LU Security Council page is completed. It won't take long to finish before we can start passing laws, and making moves.
