Security Council Aid for Poor countries

Just to remind and inform: The security council can financially assist those in need.

The generally accepted standards for this are as follows:

You are new.

You don't have massive military expenses

You turn secrecy off for our inspection

You will put the money to work in order to get your economy turned around.

Good god man when I needed aid as a new player I never had to jump through your hoops not near like you want people to. Your acting stupid. These are not my rules. They are the rules that people generally insist upon when giving out money. You know as well as I do that it is extremely difficult to get anything through for a vote. As a matter of principle, I vote in favour for all new players and consider it for older players as well. But, this is the reality we live in.

Times seem to have changed. It used to be nearly impossible to get support for aid.

I will put it forward. I know you are not asking for advice, but I'm going to give it anyway. For state corps, build products like tech products. They tend to go much further and provide constant profit transfers. Minerals, food and that too frequently goes into surplus.

Reducing taxes to 30% or less and encouraging private ownership is also profitable and requires no cash.

Finally, adjusting purchasing strategies to ensure products are always delivered, or maintaining a strategic stockpile will prevent your corps from running out of supplies and earning to profit.
