Security Council Aid V

Seeing that the other thread is very long in the tooth now, I'm creating a new thread for this purpose.

A note about the following conditions, these were the conditions that I laid out as requirements for me putting forth an aid request and supporting an aid request. My time on the SC has ended and current SC members do not in any way, shape, and / or form, have to adhere to my conditions.

Any country requesting aid needs to the following conditions:

1) Remove the secrecy for their Financial Index and Strategic Force Index. - Reasoning here is simple, if you have nukes you should already have a decent economy in place to maintain them. Also, I'd like to make sure that you're not going into debt buy constantly buying up weapons. I don't want to support your wet dreams of global proportions.

2) Dismantle any plutonium mines, weapons grade uranium corps, and strategic weapons corps. Of

well i could do with 1T of money ive somehow worked a debt and im not sure how i think its because my corporations wont hire more than 10% of needed employees even though there are unemployed people with the right career (low level workers etc) and cant sort it however if u decide not to give me the money i will still appreciate you concidering it country Quashmera

David, I checked your country and your employment index is pretty good.... however, you are pretty far in debt. I didn't put up a proposal though since your military indexes are secret (based on soldier count you don't have a lot of weapons, but it's possible all the $ was spent on nuke ammo, and I'm a big fan of the rules Martock posted).

Oh yeah, and so everyone knows, I'm on the security council now (somehow :D )

Just as a note, I did vote to support Dillion Grimes request for aid for "Republic of NonViolent Dudes". Sadly it was voted down. As an SC member, you can always put forth an aid proposal again for a member who was voted down. I think some people have it in their heads that somehow they are charged for giving aid to others. I know I thought that for a brief moment in time when I first signed up.

I voted down Quashmera for the simple reason he has 9T in loans and 10T in military assets...

martock New Arizona is a good sized country with 56m pop and 31T in assets with FI of 150 i dont think that one is gonna fly on general voting.

great britain is all secret but could probably use the aide wisely looks like hes doing alright.

KSSR looks they just a c3 with some extra cash on hand would like to see some more activity before just giving him aide he may or may not even play to use.

Mariland is the one of the 2 countries that player has with debt since he took it as a c3 and warred it into debt and is building it, and his main has the cash to get it out but still worth giving it to him to spur his economic growth. i have put this player on top of my list and have proposed his aide looks like the best investment of the earlier lists.

KingYahuchtka sent me a msg asking for aide if anyone knows what his country name is.

Anarchist111 is a new player who is doing well having conquered a c3 for himself

I'm against giving aid to slaves. These aid packages are in place to help beginning players, with a single country.

Your main should be in a position to be able to conquer a c3 without going in debt.

I'm sorry if I offend anyone, but thats the way I see it.
