10 Gold coins.
No Strategic Weapons, no navies, no transfers of any kind from other countries. Don't get other countries involved.(even though I think no transfers of any kind from other countries will be impossible to enforce)
Financial Indexes and Military Assets should be kept open (not secret). This will provide the best check we can have on cheating.
Hammer Time: Sunday, December 28 at 8pm GMT which would be Dec 28 2pm CST in the states.

Buena is very severely damaged. Weapons based at Buena may have been destroyed. Attacker forces lost 45 land based cruise batteries. The attack may have been reduced or eliminated by Anti Missile Missiles. Attacker lost 551 soldiers and 1360 were wounded. EU Danneh defense was assisted by the Karato and Garrison TG76 unit.

Sneak attacks aren't in the rules... There really is no reason for one of us to sneak attack since this is an open war, unless somebody is using other countries in their empire. I hope that's not the case.

Anyways, we are clear that you are not allowed to transfer $$$ or supplies/weapons from your countries uninvolved, correct?

Not all of the NA countries were declared on me for a start, and also not andy's C3's. Sneaks are likely from those countries, no foul play I think.

Ive been getting hit by navy fighters throughout the night. Expect some of the same.

Imperia is completely destroyed. The unit Imperia of Scotland EU lost 100 helicopters. Imperia lost 1 or more trucks, gasoline and military supplies. Scotland EU lost 88 soldiers and 293 were wounded. NA DEA US forces lost 77 navy fighter planes. The attack may have been reduced or eliminated by Anti Missile Missiles. NA DEA US lost 488 soldiers and 1310 were wounded. Scotland EU defense was assisted by the Irvin unit.
