i'm against a world government. but in for accommodating a multitude of player desires
most the people that don't want outside interfence, are either below wl3, or above wl6
why can't the world government be limited to players in the wl3-6 range. those above can certainly advise and assosiate with lower levels, but the game doesn't allow for military interaction, and they (we) probably don't want to be bothered anyways
those effected by the government, should be at a level to both assist, and resist that gov. by limiting the effect of a world gov, to the wl3-6 or 5 range. it would allow the bulk of LU, via either diplomacy, or a show of strength, determine its own path. meaning those that don't want this, will fight. you could limit this in scope, and allow players a way out, and they could still experience the full game. Listen, Orbiter was just pointing out the inaccuracy of the nulo padding out its list of whatever it is with non-active and uninvolved presidents. A point I wholly agree with, seeing as I am a victim of their misrepresentation.
Nezzy may think he is being positive and helpful but it looks to me like he is stirring up a pot full of sh*t while he goes about it. He and his two noob buddies are creating the exact opposite of their desired goal. If it weren't for the war levels and disappointment of the war game in general you can believe me that there would have been a fair bit of blood shed already, just for the hell of it, it didnt take much of a reason to start a good fun war before, and hez is putting all his cohorts in danger of war, destruction, famine and pestilence rather than the promised land he offers.

Greetings Citizens of Little Upsilon, diplomats, and heads of state. of course I am King Hezekiah of the Israelite Empire, and your Secretary General. I have one more state of Little Upsilon Address, and then the executive elections start. I wanted to call a constitutional convention while I had the power to call one. There is already a constitution in place, but there are some things that need to be tweaked and need to be constitutional. Since I have been called a tyrant by some, I welcome those who would call me a tyrant to help construct the constitution. I set this convention for some time in january, but I thought it best to talk about it now, and when january comes, nations will have an idea of their vision of a world government.

People of LU who consider the NLUO viable.
I would urge you to consider the manner of the self-appointed chief of that organisation. His diplomatic skills are obviously seriously flawed, to challenge a major power without the normal channels of diplomacy.
He obviously feels like he should rule the whole of LU with threats, spin and lies. Those that disagree would be eliminated. Do not you find it ironic that one of his responders is named 'Gaddafi'? This organisation has the same ideals as the other gaddafi, suppression under the guise of growth and peace. We all know how that worked out. All the organisation needs is a member called saddam Hussein and a large supply of chemical weapons.
Beware how you align yourself because the power and will of the free world will always prevail.
