Hi all. I am in the hospital. -Aries

I am around. Going to be a bit more careful about announcing when I am in the hospital for game reasons.

I finished cycle three and got home the morning of the 31st. I really enjoyed the Big Ten victories and especially my Buckeyes beating Alabama. One more game tonight!

The mouth sores returned last week worse than before. Dehydrated, I returned to the hospital last Wednesday. I was treated with IV fluids, antibiotics, and a blood transfusion. The transfusion was a first for me though, I am told, it is fairly normal for those in treatment. I was finally able to eat solid food Friday night having had been too painful to do so since Monday. I got to go home Saturday.

Tonight, I will be watching the big game with family. I plan to enjoy what time is have away from the hospital as it seems when I am not there to treat cancer I am there to treat side effects of the treatment.

You probably don't know who I am and that's cool. I've been playing this game on and of for the last couple of years. And on more then 1 of those runs you've shown to be a great persone.

You've probably heard this a 100 times already but I want to wish you the best of luck.

I know what you're going through (I've had cancer myself) The treatment can be a real biatch and sometimes you'll wonder what's worse, the treatment or the disease. But take it from somebody who's been there that in the end it's worth it.

Let me clear something up as I think the last few posts on this thread are regarding me. First off. My war with Aries was weeks old before any mention of him being sick. Now if Aries had PM'd me and asked to take a break due to poor health I would have agreed. Im a reasonable guy.

But no, he made this post no more than 2 hours before another war went active.

I still gave it alot of thought whether to attack or not. When it comes down to it he announced his weakness to me. I wasn't about to let my chance pass by.

I know Gaz. He is a decent guy and a decent player. If I had known it was he that was the one being referenced to, I wouldn't have said anything. I do know that he and Aries were having a dispute and war was taking place between the two.

Remember, this is a game of gaining assets. Players have taken advantage of other players' weaknesses since the beginning of the game. I've been a product of it, all those that I've played with have done it and been a product of it.

I do ask that perhaps until a time that Aries is well enough to fight or defend that people give him slack. Also, I could say.........put your stuff in war protection, Aries!

I've been playing since july 14 and I'm prob 10 times the size of what you had.
