Violation of the Treaty between UC and AF (Golden Rainbow)

Greetings SG David Walker of AF, and Steven Ryan of AF-

Steven Ryan has now violated the AF/ UC peace treaty with his declartion of war Fever against Procifica III. I suggest that we must have Mr. Steven Ryan follow Article V. of our treaty agreement, which states, Any percieved violation must be discussed between representatives of the United Confederation and Allied Forces for a 72 hour period before any action will be taken.
AF should not be talking about renewed and greater spirit of cooperation and then have their new chairman declare on a UC member. It would be in AF's best interest to contact myself or Nute Gunray at MSN and follow this article of our treaty.

Introduction
In the interest of preserving peace, the United Confederation and Allied Forces on Golden Rainbow agree to abide by the following terms:

Article I.
Both Allied Forces and the United Confederation agree not to attack each other or allow any of their member's to attack each other. Should any member attack the other federation, both federations are obligated to declare war on this member. Should any member decide to leave either federation and attack the other federation, both federations are obligated to attack this member. Both sides agree that hostile acts such as boycotts, uninvited bidding on private and state corporations and anti-nuclear security council resolutions will not be tolerated and will be viewed as an attack. This shall be applied to all current and future members of both the United Confederation and Allied Forces.

Article II.

Just to get this straight Q was an ally of myself and AF. L3athalSerph waited till Q countries came off of war protection as they were easy undefended targets. Therefore i declared if needed to take the countries myself to later return to Q. whilst these declarations were active negotiations where in place between myself David Walker and L3athalSerph. L3athalSerph would not negotiate and acknowledge the relationship between AF and Q countries and began attacking Q countries i therefore took the first country and L3athalSerph waited in the back drops with his country Dominique and fired the last shot claiming the second country. Dominique at this time was not a UC member or in any federation as he had spoken during negotiations that he was finished with UC.
After Dominique claimed the second country he agreed that he may not try and claim the remaining 2 countries of Q. therefore i stood down and during my time absent Beast claimed the two remaining cou

He declared and I declared and then they declared. Seems to me both sides are claiming to be justified in the actions they are taking.

Steven Ryan has on several occasions crossed my path and we were able to resolve our differences without firing on each others.

As a new member to UC, I have taken an oath to defend all countries in UC. I will not bother to question when and why the country is now in UC but will stand by my oath to defend that country.

David Walker has left the building and out with him went the peaceful negotiation he was so successful with. Allied Forces, newest Chairman Steven Ryan is quick tempered and has not successfully gained control of his new fedeartion and has now plunged Allied Forces into a war he cannot win.

This part I address to all loyal Allied Forces members. Loyal to the long understood way of AF not to wage war against active players unless they start the war. I advise all AF members

The country was not in the UC when the original declaration went out.

Find a better way to resolve your differences.

I have taken positions and intend to fight in this war if necessary.

I will say for myself personally, if things are not worked out, and war does proceed, should any AF member provide air cover against attacks that the country in question should be deemed hostile.

I hope things get worked out as I have stopped short of declaring on AF members directly.

I am still around behind-the-scenes in meetings etc. even if I do decide to drop my account. My position remains as Secretary-General of AF irrespective. I've held many talks in recent times about many events with all senior members of UC.

It is perfectly correct the treaty be used to allow for talks. Many talks have already taken place. UC knew GREF was off limits, including Q.

Talks were taking place regardsing the Q/L3 situation and L3 had and UC had agreed to take no more countries of Q's in respect of an agreement that had been reached to deal with the situation.

Further talks will now take place. There would appear to be a number of breaches, of which the first was committed by L3 after he reached agreement with me regarding Q.

well now that is 1 . . .

what are u talking about David? after the whole Q deal was put into place, i went into hybernation waiting for Q to return and i come to realize that Steven took it upon himself to declared on the country i owned of Q's. I see that as a breach to our agreement.

ON another note, i could careless if the country itself wasn't in UC since i believed it under the protection of my agreement with David. Now who in their right mind would think that me as a chairman of THe UC, one of my countries wouldn't be protected under the UC? seriously....
