I am hoping the nukes have stopped flying and there is some non-radioactive cash left to give out to poor noobs. Like me, and my country "Bull Run".

Honest to god I haven't bought a single weapon yet, just schools, roads, and hospitals, but I am bleeding cash and don't have much left. Maybe I should be building more corps to boost my income? I don't have a lot of unemployment so not sure how many new corps I can actually staff. Close some schools and hospitals? They seem expensive to maintain, but I'd think my population needs that stuff.

Anyhow, a cash infusion would be nice while I get the hang of this. Thanks for considering me.

You shouldn't be losing a lot of cash if you're not buying weapons. If you are, something is probably wrong.

Check to make sure you're buying quality 100 roads, schools, and hospitals. Go to your country's settings and set quality at 100, not "any quality."

I looked at your country, and I have some recommendations: First, you can't fit any more corporations into it. To see whether you have room, go to your employment page and look at the various #s of workers unemployed and the #s needed for 100% production. If you have enough left over to run a new corporation, build one. If not, don't In your case, you don't have any extra until you add more pop or close some corporations.
Speaking of which, you have some bad corporations. Get rid of wood, wool, and potassium. That stuff is junk, let the computer controlled countries make

Freedonia is currently attempting to recover from a major budget deficit, and losing $4 Billion each month. I've hired my most educated advisers to help work our way out of this mess, and when they made it worse I hired monkeys, and now things are improving.

As I sink deeper and deeper in debt, waiting for the turnaround, I can't help but request $5 Trillion in aide to see that all our Freedonian children have the schoolbooks they so desperately want to forget at home four times a week.

Well at first I thought development aid would be wasted on me, but as huge empires are apparently eligible maybe I can get some booze money.

Ye forget development, that's already taken care of. In my malevolent benevolence I strive to rebuild the economy so that I can reap the results and spend it all on blackjack, hookers and fast cars. The rest I just squandered.

Anyway, the point being I would like to request a money grant that I plan to spend on hookers, helicopters, tanks and a new gold course. How this will aid in the development is beyond me but I'm sure it'll work out.

The The Imperial State of Cruise would like to formally petition the council for aid, my country is a new state and has steamed ahead in the first few years of development but this steam is running out at the same rate as our coffers are, we're now barely breaking even which means we'll have to consider a spending freeze which will effect the recovery and continued growth of the country.

I'll admit I've overspent and now have to pay for it, with funding I could allow my country to better cater for new CEO's while maintaining the standard of living my people have come to be a custom of.
