Hello, I use to play a few years ago and left due to work. Back now and I plan on taking this all the way. ;)

Can I apply for aid?

I was unable to put your aid request through for this fifth time as I received the same message as earlier. I recommend simply making your country profitable, leveling up, and earning the GC rewards to buy up game-cash.

If you are a "full" leader (paid membership) and are Level 1 or 2 (country level), have 1 or 2 countries maximum, not much cash (maybe less than 2T SC$?), and low War Level (less than 3?), send a message to apply for Security Council Untied Development Aid. Offers are usually 5 Trillion SC$, but could be from 1-5 also. You may send a message to a Security Council member, including this one at country One.

Well, it appears that "free" leaders can apply as well. Also if a country reaches higher levels, then drops down to 1 or 2, it may allow a proposal as well.

Supposedly The Empire of Ryan is "free" status and says it reached maximum level of 3 already, but is currently at 1, and is being voted on now by the General Assembly, 39 for and 38 against so far :S. That country is a good candidate, but it seems to question the "rules" that were generally understood. Regardless, it seems deserving.

Maybe an agreement could be made to give "free" leaders a lesser amount in the future to make it more fair, then allow the full 5T SC$ for "full" leaders...but, good luck figuring out which is which.

Fellow leaders of Golden Rainbow please vote through every economic aid proposal because this in turn helps boost the world economy of Golden Rainbow and helps all our economies grow. Keeping money in the Security Council makes no economic sense!!!

How would leaders generally feel about an informal agreement to give aid to "free" leaders, but at a lesser amount? For example, from 1-3T SC$ as a working range. Then, have proposals for "full" leaders go up to the full 5T SC$.

Some ideas/feedback on that general idea?

The vote for The Empire of Ryan for 5T SC$ ended in like a 46-46 draw, so it was not accepted. At a lower amount, given that it is a "free" leader, it would seem that it would pass, and it seems like a fair way to reward "full" leaders, without punishing or excluding "free" ones.

No, free players should NOT be getting aid

They already play for free what else should we do, pay for their memberships when they want join full member too?

Free Aid may just be the difference to whether a player wishes to stick around or play for longer and then become a full paid member! Please everyone on Golden Rainbow vote money out of the Security Council and thus benefiting all! On the leader score board I'm second! Where's Psycho?

I proposed aid for The Dark Empire.

This is a newer player. I've spoken to him in chat and he is very interested in playing this game. He has made a few mistakes and I've steered him in the right direction. Please vote yes for this aspiring player.

If you are a new leader, or at "Game Level 1 or 2" and would like funding, post here a basic message of what you need (between 1 - 5T SC$) and for what purpose.

If you are at a higher 'game level', you can reduce it and still qualify.

Both "free" and "full" leaders currently qualify.

I need $2 T to get out of the hole I'm stuck in. Been playing for about two weeks, still kinda lost.

A note to those who seek funds from the security council; it is not a good idea to have your financial statistics on your home page listed as SECRET. As a current security council member, I will not vote for money to be given to anyone who hides their finances from the council. From the looks of the current request and the current voting, I may not be the only security council member who feels the same way. Just some good advice. Thanks! I am only asking for maybe 1T-2T, more if willing, but I am aware my country is in pretty good shape for taking over it yesterday. I was just hoping for some extra cash to try to improve my economy as much as possible, starting with health and education.

I have converted to a peaceful nation, and was going to dismantle my weapons (Is that like selling my weapons??) just to show you.

This is obviously not too pressing, but it could help speed my development. Also, if anyone is willing to advise me, send me a message @ Phalanx. Thanks.
