Sam, I think a plan C may hafta be an option. Would you consider UC on LU in specific territories, a place where attacking LDI wouldn't be feesable. Also, no UC members being feded? Is that a reasonable offer?
I know our 2 great Feds have had a rocky past. We are both very strong on our home planet and this is quickly heading for a nasty stalemate. Game Master will be the ONLY WINNER in any major conflict with each other.

I have no issue with the rest of UC. I feel I can speak for my fedmates to say...

As long as they are out of sight and range on LU they are out of mind so to speak. We can offer assurances that they will be ignored by us of course assuming the out of sight portion is followed. The same terms I had with Dizzy. Keep on their side of the street and we will keep on ours. Not an issue. The only reason we declared on Priest was his moving onto Lacerta. We understood it was a mistake after the fact and he moved. We did not seek him out afterwards nor will we. He has built a nice empire. Awesomeo was declared on because he stepped into the middle of this by choice. Other than that he would have been ignored as well.

The only issue we have is...

Dizzy, Nute will leave LU.

And I think I speak for my fedmates when I say without Dizzy none of this would be possible or neccessary. Nute may be just a follower. Not sure. Don'
