Sunny, Do you think is a good idea propose to Security Council finantial aid or by relief resources to countries that have the requirements in case of disasters?.

That's a cracking idea to be honest. I wouldn't mind doing that. It'd be a nice way to use some of the money we just have floating about doing nothing.

You have over 2T in assets.
Your country is perfectly fine in terms of a financial situation.
Increase your education = better workers = better corps = more money.
Deactivate or destroy defensive weapons if your not playing the war game (staying in secured mode, can't be attacked by any players). Getting 5B off your expenditure will keep you afloat further.

Of course someone else could throw in a proposal, but then it would rule of the point of Security Council aid & rules.

New players do get grants, providing they meet the requirements.

- Reason (new, in debt, etc.)
- Optional: how you will spend it.
- Etc.

You have reached game level 3, thus you are not entitled to receive ANY money from the SC.

I would advise that you spend some Gold Coins and trade them for Game Money (via Direct Trading (simcountry portal) ).

Advice:-

If your playing the 'no war' game, destroy all of your weapons (not bases) for both defensive and offensive. You won't be attacked by any players of computers.

Spend some GC on population and money. In the long run, with population, you'll be able to improve education, health and the number of corps in your country. This will vastly increase your income.

Playing the war game, will earn you about 3T profit (increased as war level increases, so I've seen) after the war is over. Make no mistake, 1 wrong move, and your down and out for the count. Being in a fed is a huge bonus for this.

With military, you'll need a nice amount of pop, money (you may run into debt, but should pay off after war level 1 - 2) and of course the tactics. Again, get into a fed.

Get yourself into a nice federation which is willing to assist you with your financial crisis. There

Good advice Sunny. A federation is essential for new players who want to grasp the game in its entirety. Without one, I would have never made it in this game, and I suggest to any new players that it be the first and most important thing someone does when they first start playing.
Any of the Federations Sunny listed are good, active and very friendly (amongst themselves, eh Soviets?). I am a member of the Protectorate which is an active federation comprising of 3 affiliated feds linked together. If you are looking for a Fed, message me.

That's an interesting observation.

However, at the time, he was level 2, and had almost 0 cash with little debt.

How he has jumped up that fast is beyond me.

Aid request of Parsifal/Oculus Prime:
There are 3 things which I wonder about on this voting.

First is that Oculus Prime is a warmonger, he has no war protection on his 2 countrys, which means he has taken one of them from another player, which is not what I call a wothy asset, considering that his mission statement calls for war.

Second is that he still seems to hold on to his offensive weapons instead of selling/deactivating them to lower the costs, and he should be able to do so as he is in a federation to cover him.

Third is that, coincidentally or not, the Leaders name of Oculus Prime is Ron, as in Ron Weasly and the request came from Parsifal, which is often the wrongly spelled version of Percival Weasly.

If you could change point 2 and let him deactivate those weapons and point 3 by someone else making the request (sorry Parsifal, no offense ment, just want to be on the safe side),
