He is having problems selling his military assets- he has clarified that with me and Parisfal.

You know, before you sell assets, you first deactivate them.

Kinda strange that someone doesn't have them deactivated and is 'struggling' to sell them. Not like it's gonna make him lose a war level eh?

Umm I will admit that in the beginning I came with the intent of warring everyday, but I was told this was a semi-peaceful world. I have not taken a city from any player it was a c3 as I've heard them called. Please dont punish me for my ignorance. I hadn't understood how to build and maintain a country. I believed that if I did not get bigger quickly I would not prosper too long, but have been shown otherwise. I know you have your reasons and votes cannot be changed, but if this changes your opinion of me being a "warmonger", I'm happy to have gotten thus far.

Having 2 countries not in WP does not mean Ron took a country from another player. The only thing it means is that he was dumb enough to take secured mode off of his main, Hardly the actions of an experienced war monger lol.

You've been answered about his weapons. If they were nuclear arms you might have a case, holding offensive weapons at such a low level just to be able to take C3s is no sign of warmongering.

If you really think Parsifal is so named after some recent childs book/film then you are crazy. Parsifal could be Rowlings father by age and has been parsifal since long before Harry Potter was thought of. Jeez, even his main is called Knights of the round table. I hate Harry Poter, please dont associate my name with it, there are many people in this world named or nicknamed Ron. Not everyone has to put so much thought into making a user name like you Queen. Dening me the money is fine but dont throw the use of multi-accounting into the mix, especially from an experienced player. I actually messaged him several times to try and understand the game more better.

BQ--you must have stayed up late thinking about that conspiracy. i assume we want new players to succeed. the gm has certainly taken steps to try and make that happen. and that's been a detriment to those of us who really are war mongers. let me assure you no one gets rich and powerful in this game, by taking c3's. but it does pass the time. so, i agree with CC, let loose of the reigns a bit. the money's not going to all go away. and security council members, let's not think that because we're on the sc that we're somehow have special regal powers. let's do things that will make KB more inviting and stronger instead of being so anal.

Namely, less than 2T in cash and below game level 3.

If so, then please give your country name, the reason why you would like aid and what you plan to do with it if you receive it.

Please also remove secrecy if you have it on any indexes.

If everything is okay then a Security Council member will propose your request for voting.

Regretfully I don't think the Security Council can help you as you have over 9T in military assets and are currently engaged in a war against a C3 country.

I would therefore suggest that you sell some military assets to boost the financial situation in your country. You will then have more than enough to pay back the outstanding loans and build more infrastructure.

An how do i do that? the 9T in military assets u claim i have all ready how do i begin to use that money? your help is very important to me

Sell your weapons and ammo. Forget about military and wars until you have a country that is making a profit.

X I dont meet the requirements but id like to know something. Is it the game that stops you from getting aid at game level 3 or just your guy's policy? Also same question with the 2T in assets requirement.

Well i have a proposal. Id like to take 5T but since i cant have aid i was wondering if i can have a no interest loan. Or in other words pay back the security council. Im fighting a war right now. Id use 1T to put towards loans and use the other 4T on the war. Currently im a little in debt so i can't buy weapons. Hopefully this works for you guys

The SC are unable to hand out loans or any other form of cash.
