As you already stated, you have just come back from a ski trip. I attempted to contact you when the peace agreement was being made, and as soon as i managed too you told me you were busy and logged off. DO you expect me to find out your phone numbers and phone you whilst on holiday?

If a vote has never been held, the official UC guidelines void the agreement. Such is stated in the official charter. Several times.

Just for public record, the UC does not exist as an entity on LU, one parties implied consent cannot dictate that of the others. Especially since no designated federation complex is involved.
Thus stating- cease fire was nullified from the time it's creation. No person, other than Dizzy, is bound to said agreement.
This is in no ways a declaration of hostile intentions. Just clarifacation on the current situation.

The UC is a loose complex of Nation States that share economic and Military support. Each President retains independence of choice and will. As long as the charter is not violated in unflattering means, presidents are free to do as they choose.
This allows free thought.

It also prevents- one person speaking for the fed.
Which is against the whole foundation of the UC.
One person may claim to be in control, when in all reality, the chairman can be likened to a bullrider.
You no more control the beast then the beast controls you. Nute is a good chairman because he enjoys rush.

Once again- Without a vote of direct consent given, the UC Does not HAVE to abide by any treaties, ceasefires and such.

You say the UC charter forbids a treaty without majority consent yes. However, is it not the case the UC charter forbids the UC to be a fed on any other world than GR? If so, a majority vote is not needed.

Dizzy must have spoken for you as a group of players warring on the same side, not as UC chairman to UC members. Don't try and wriggle out of this. If you want war, it's not my place to try and stop you satisfying it. Just don't use contradictory bullshit to justify it

Dizzy spoke for your side in the agreement, he definitely said it applied to all of you. If the UC is not on LU then the majority rule does not apply.

Either say Dizzy was wrong/lied about the truce being binding, or abide by it.

I was not present during the discussion with Diz. You may be telling the truth, you might not. He might have been misquoted. He may have lied. He may have misworded his statement.
To many variables are possible.
