LEVEL 5 FELONY: KICKED OUT OF THE NLUO WORLD GOVERNMENT FOREVER, AND ISOLATED.
LEVEL 4 FELONY: KICKED OUT OF THE NLUO WORLD GOVERNMENT FOR A PERIOD OF TIME, AND THEN ALLOWED TO RETURN, BUT TO START OVER FROM THE MASSES PARTY, AND CAN NOT HOLD ANY POWER POSITIONS.
LEVEL 3 FELONY: KICKED OUT OF THE NLUO WORLD GOVERNMENT FOR A PERIOD OF TIME, AND THEN ALLOWED TO RETURN TO THEIR SEAT IN THE PARTY THEY WERE LAST IN IF NO ONE HAS CLAIMED IT.

We are going to have a constitution convention soon once the secretary General stuff is sorted out. The constitution is badly outdated, and needs to be amended, and you are correct it does need to be more simplified. You are welcome to participate in the constitutional convention. Who ever will be the secretary General will announce it in the coming days or maybe weeks.

Mr. Ian Cameron, I am the Chief Justice of the LUICC. A level 7 felony is placed upon a member when he or she has been convicted and sentenced to this level 7 felony. Generally level 7 felonies happen in cases of Treason, espionage, or general disregard form the NLUO constitution. This is the highest for of punishment a member of the NLUO can receive. It goes up in levels. The level 1 felony is a slap on the wrist, where a level 7 felony is very severe.

Gaddafi Reforms are needed you know it, Hez knows it, Herod knows it, Aries know it, I know it, and all of LU knows it.
I will remain Civil, in my efforts to have reforms happen, but I want to over see that meeting as I do not trust NLUO as of yet, and thus don't trust them to form a proper constitution.

I read before that all of Lu is part of Nluo so thus I must be part of NLUO so i have my right to say what I want for the betterment of NLUO.

I don't want to be part of NLUO, so I want to oversee this meeting so I can put my self in the Constitution that Little Upsilon players are only members of NLUO by their own wishes, and if membership is forced upon a LU member to join NLUO then all members of NLUO accountable will be tried with Breaching the Constitution.

If I read correctly on the forums they hold no high position of power in NLUO, thus what they think does not matter, or does that only apply for "non Nluo members"?

BME will soon be no more, the federation is being reformed, renamed and all traces of Seven_devils is being removed from the Federation, we are wiping the slates clean, but ask our allies from BME to remain allies, our enemies to become neutral, and the Neutral to remain Neutral.

Gaddafi, I am not trying to make fun of you. I am serious. We do need to give him, and anyone else who is concerned with international affairs a change to sit at the table and help decide the future of LU. If he does not like it, I am sure he can muster support against anything that is not fair, or dictatorial. I tried it the militaristic way, and it just get's the whole government a bad rep.
