LU International Court: THE LITTLE UPSILON INTERNATIONAL COURT WAS ESTABLISHED TO HOLD GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS ACCOUNTABLE TO THEIR POLICIES, AND THAT THEY FOLLOW THEIR POLICIES. THIS COURT ALSO OVERSEE CASES OF GENOCIDE, CASES AGAINST HEADS OF STATE. THE SECURITY COUNCIL MUST REFER ALL CASES OF CRIMES AGAINST HEADS OF STATE TO THE COURT. IF THE SECURITY COUNCIL DECIDES TO PASS A RESOLUTION THEN THE COURT MUST ALLOW THE SECURITY COUNCIL TO MAKE THE DECISIONS. THE COURT CAN NOT ISSUE ANY ARREST WARRENTS. THE COURT CAN ONLY ISSUE SUMMONS TO NLUO MEMBERS FOR THEIR MISCONDUCT. THE LU INTERNATIONAL COURT CONSISTS OF 5 JUSTICES: THE CHIEF JUSTICE, AND 4 ASSOCIATE JUSTICES. ALL JUSTICES ARE APPOINTED BY THE SECRETARY GENERAL OF THE NLUO. THERE SHOULD ALWAYS BE 2 ISOLATIONIST PARTY MEMBERS ON THE BENCH AT ALL TIMES IF THE CHIEF JUSTICE IS AN EXPANSIONIST PARTY MEMBER, AND VICE VERSA. JUSTICES TERMS ARE FOR 100 LITTLE UPSILON YEARS, BUT THERE ARE NO TERM LIMITS

and according to your own legislature your courts posess authority in this matter!

this man needs to be held accountable for his crimes! A threat of Genocide cannot go unpunished, these are crimes not against a nation, but indeed crimes against Humanity!

Why not give all nations a chance to use the avenues they believe will give them the justice in which they seek. This is no matter how small the matter. People don't come to court for no reason. They have a genuine concern, and most times if they are just heard in a formal setting people will be satisfied just to be heard.

To be honest, given what Hezekiah has endured from these players, it is a wonder he has not done worse to them and I am appalled at his patience in the matter.

so my question is, that after all the times that the NLUO refused to listen to any criticism. offering players an option to join them, and shape the government, in leu of an actual conversation. it was just a lie. as now they resent a player actually doing that?

from now on, well, not EVERY post, but when i see hez, wendy, or lord lee offering a player to join their gov, in order to address concerns they have with the gov... well, your gonna see this post allot. as it is obvious that they don't actually want your opinion. they just want your support.

yes after looking at your boards I see you have overcome this issue as well as all others by having no laws at all to direct what is considered an illegal act, well that is of course with one exception, and that being treason! go figure! got all kinds of legislature on that one! basically there court system is set up to deal with those people who would dare go against the governing powers. nothing else. they have no laws that speak towards this crime or any other. there fore if anything is ever brought before their courts they can simply opt out by saying there is no adaquit legislation for the crime, and thus legally no crime has been committed irregardless of who has been effected or hurt by the situation. gee never saw that one coming! lol

All players have to do is re-read all the previous posts made by NLUO members and they will see the contradictions. One post they say one thing the next post they say another.
I believe they don't even know how to run a government judging by the facts in previous posts.

The Secretary of State, with all do respect can say the case is closed if she wants to. She can see forest from the trees, so to speak. I am taking the charge up, and taking the case seriously. What more can we do?

sir I respected your first statement,and still do, your integrity is not in question, i am referring to those in which you answer to who have suggested that this is a done deal before it is even seen in court. how else can I respond? now if you do intend to truthfully try this matter in court then as I have previously stated my faith will be renewed in the possibility of real ties being established with a fair governing body, but when its leaders come out in the open and basically state that it has already been decided, then it doesn't make the NLUO look to good to the international stage.

Of course we can forgive mistakes. Problem is NLUO continues to make them, contradicting what was set out when NLUO was first created.
