also in light of the lack of legislature on this particular issue I would ask that we come to an agreement that this situation be judged according to the facts and with a fair and balanced jury


and again with no legislature,i request do to the nature of the crime it be filed under the Felony 2 Status with all applicable penalties. assuming he be found guilty of course.

ok Ms. Wendy! so allow me to get this straight! if a person files charges against someone in power, he has committed treason? now where have I seen this before? oh yes I believe it was Nazi Germany, um, Iraq? perhaps the Kremlin! But ya know what Ms Wendy, thats ok! you bring your charges. the court , according to its own documents deals with each case, on a cases by case basis, so after we are done with King Hezz's trial, then you are more then welcome to attempt to prosecute me. as far as my legitimate claim to my being a member, go into your site and look at the date I joined. as you will see, there was no point that I ever technically left the NLUO. my presence there is quite legal. my actions are well within the Law. you have no legal premise on which to stand. even as a member of Hydra, I have committed no crime, as every member of the NLUO is a member of an alliance. but it does not surprise me that you would attempt to retaliate against me for coming against king Hezzekiah, as you have been there as his body guard since day one. the Expansionist part of this Government where you and King Hezzekiah are concerned are not at all concerned with democracy, but you are fascists! and this trial, and everything that surrounds it is only continuing to prove that, the more you and Hezz attempt to tamper and mess with things. its vey simple Wendy. a court was created for the international community to be able to try the leaders of the government when they step out of order or commit a crime, as well as their peers when necessary. oh thats easy! if you and Hezzy have anything to do with it , it will be corrupt! and thereby in your own crooked way, you guys will win, however it will only go toward proving what you guys are really all about and therefore, I will win. Its not Rocket Science. now on the other hand if you all actually do play ball fairly and by the rules, Which isnt likely, then we could see another outcome. but im certainly not going to hold my breath and neither is the rest of the international community. now if you guys were smart, and your motives were truly to bring about credibility to this government, then you would be wise to do this as fairly and transparently as possible, in that way even if Hezz would lose, he would still win in that his government would then be considered legitimate to the rest of the world. but as im sure this thing will prove, those arent at all your interests. in fact the only thing you too care about, or so it would seem is a power grab, and for everyone else to fall in line. although, I will sincerely say this ms, Wendy! I would say my Purpose has been made very clear Ms. Wendy. Turn the NLUO into the organization we were all made to believe it was going to be. Hezz is the ruler of that organization. its Architect so to speak. he fed us the illusion that it would be a free and democratic body where all would be free to be a part and ultimately be free to help shape its growth. thus far we the international community and free nations of LU have seen no such organization, but rather a platform for tyranny. a two headed beast if you will that seems for whatever reason bent on controlling the rest of us. through threats of Genocide in this case and through many others. Thus far you have been unwilling to concede anything in the direction of the international community nor have you been willing to bend. however there are those among your ranks that are. interestingly whenever they put there hand in the air to speak they are suddenly and without cause slapped back down. just as Chief Justice Gadaffi was last night by his majesty King Hezz! when he was sternly warned not to let his position go to his Head! Tell me your majesty, what exactly happens to a man in a position that as you put it, " lets his position go to his Head" ??? is he to be Exterminated as well. I see your points in your post, and how you can be made to believe what you think we are by the propaganda brought against the government. I am not a ruler of this government or nobody would join. I am sorry you think this way, and hope that we can come to some sort of conclusion. I have conceded to the Chief Justice, and will be attending Court on December 18, 3092. I will also accept the verdict handed down.

I am striving every time I get on here to make the NLUO a more democratic place. Truly I am. I do not like the way we handled this first portion of our existence, and I ask you give the sane members a few more chances to change the way things are run.

What Hezekiah said is regrettable- but he said it not with the power of the NLUO behind him. What Wendy said about the case being dismissed was also on her own. She sometimes does not speak from her Secretary position I assume.

I applaud Gaddafi for standing firm. The Secretary General does NOT have supreme power and I am striving to make that understood.

I say all this because I want to ask you to allow myself and other members a chance at righting these wrongs. I know it is slow; I know we have made mistakes that are egregious and, simply put, wrong. But give me and my associates one more chance.

Oh and Wendy- what exactly are the charges against Shave? Being too blunt? Exposing our flaws that we most definitely have?
