who may I ask is your Secretary of Justice, as I understand this will be the prosecutor in this case, and i would like to discuss my case with this person as soon as is possible,

also in light of the lack of legislature on this particular issue I would ask that we come to an agreement that this situation be judged according to the facts and with a fair and balanced jury


and again with no legislature,i request do to the nature of the crime it be filed under the Felony 2 Status with all applicable penalties. assuming he be found guilty of course.

I would say my Purpose has been made very clear Ms. Wendy. Turn the NLUO into the organization we were all made to believe it was going to be. Hezz is the ruler of that organization. its Architect so to speak. he fed us the illusion that it would be a free and democratic body where all would be free to be a part and ultimately be free to help shape its growth. thus far we the international community and free nations of LU have seen no such organization, but rather a platform for tyranny. a two headed beast if you will that seems for whatever reason bent on controlling the rest of us. through threats of Genocide in this case and through many others. I see your points in your post, and how you can be made to believe what you think we are by the propaganda brought against the government. I am not a ruler of this government or nobody would join. I am striving every time I get on here to make the NLUO a more democratic place. Truly I am. I do not like the way we handled this first portion of our existence, and I ask you give the sane members a few more chances to change the way things are run.

What Hezekiah said is regrettable- but he said it not with the power of the NLUO behind him. What Wendy said about the case being dismissed was also on her own. She sometimes does not speak from her Secretary position I assume.

I applaud Gaddafi for standing firm. The Secretary General does NOT have supreme power and I am striving to make that understood.

I say all this because I want to ask you to allow myself and other members a chance at righting these wrongs. I know it is slow; I know we have made mistakes that are egregious and, simply put, wrong. But give me and my associates one more chance.
