@ Shaun - I don't know if buying a country actually makes it 'conquered' or not. Your first C3 should be easy to take if you take what W3C says for granted. I bought my first C3 as well but that was before all the goodies were granted to new players.

what happen to the good ole days of starting off with a country that had less then a trillion in it and doin your damndest to get it running and have it top out in less then 3 months as the 4th most financially sound country on LU and stay there for quite some time? I did it with no aid on purpose just to prove it can be done but for those that are struggling take the time and send in your requests to these kind people get that extra 5t and use it to improve your infrastructure so that your economy can grow faster. dont spend it on weapons though it may be very very tempting

Absolutely nothing has happened to those days. I believe they still exist but that grasping the economic side of this game can be difficult. It was for me admittedly but I eventually got the hang of it.

I'd like to apply for aid (country name Karff). I've just hit level 2 and want to spend my coins on population, along with taking a second country now. Extra cash will allow me to keep my infrastructure up to speed and help establish my second country fast.

my newly acquired nation is horribly in debt with over 15T in loans, so much i cant build corps so ceos plz relocate and move in your upgraded corps i am permanently lowering taxes to 0%.
also it has hardly any hospitals and schools and some 700k untreated wounded and has just had an earthquake so can i get some general disaster relief? some mobile hospitals or something to keep my people alive? and how do i make my own disaster relief units? also will it be eligible for 5T in aide?

Your leader country makes over 400 trillion per game month and is ranked # 1 on LU for finance. Therefore, I personally do not feel comfortable submitting an aid proposal for you. However, since you do meet the aid conditions, maybe another security council member will nominate you.

I heard that the money is collected as $125,000 per million population. Now we go for a little math lesson ladies and gentlemen

6.91T x 6 = 41.46T per real life day

Little Upsilon Security Council can theoretically award 8 aid packets a day and still turn a profit.

If you are relatively new I highly encourage you use the aid that they can give to boost your ECONOMY AND INFRASTRUCTURE

If money is awarded don't use it to fund military build up as it will usually end up badly

I must Agree with Kevin about you not needing aid but for a completely different reason. Upon seeing your last post I logged into LU and scrolled down and noticed that you had already declared war on another country with the one that your requesting aid for. Shaun, when you take a C3 you are accepting any debt that it has associated with it. My suggestion, only take a C3 if its not in debt and you can straighten it around in a rather short amount of time. Also you could transfer in 3T per game month from your main to pay off said loans.
